Interior renovations on 4 floors of each building (48 and 52) and exterior work at building 52 including a new canopy and entrance vestibule. Interior renovations include paint, flooring, acoustical and interior elevator panels. Work on this project has been night shift and day shift with medical offices seeing patients daily as well as the hospital building which stands between the two buildings.
