Mary Wyatt Crenshaw
Mary Wyatt Crenshaw leads a team of dedicated and talented professionals in the building and construction industry as the CEO of Wyatt General Contractor, LLC. In 2016, Mary was named a Future Leader in Construction for Associated Builders & Contractors of Alabama and one of the Birmingham Business Journal’s Fast Track 30, which also named Wyatt General Contractor the 10th fastest growing company in Birmingham. Mary is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction, Associated Builders and Contractors Young Professionals, Women Business Leaders and the Lovelady Auxiliary. She resides in Mountain Brook with her husband and their blended family of five.
Nick Miele
Nick Miele began his career in construction in 1998 as a laborer/carpenter while attending Auburn University. He graduated with a degree in Building Science in 2002 and went to work for Brice Building Company as an Assistant Project Manager. During his time at Brice, Nick intentionally focused on all types of construction-from industrial and commercial to hospitality, retail, medical and institutional. Additionally, he earned his Ashe certification during that time. In 2012, Nick to went work for Hoar Construction as a Project Manager and was quickly promoted to Senior Project Manager after only one year. Nick worked mostly in the federal sector traveling throughout the Southeast working on large government projects. In the fall of 2015, Nick joined Wyatt General Contractor as Vice President of Operations but was recently promoted to serve as the company’s President. Over the years, Nick has been an active participant in Associated Builders and Contractors and Associated General Contractors. Nick lives in Hoover with his three children and attends Prince of Peace Catholic Church.
Josh Beane
Josh Beane is very diverse in his experience and knowledge of the construction industry. His career began early in life as a co-op/laborer then became a carpenter and lead foreman at Wyatt in 2002. After studying Construction Management at Jefferson State Community College, he was promoted as Project Superintendent in 2011. As Project Superintendent, Josh has overseen the completion of multi-million dollar projects. He has received various certifications; including but not limited to, OSHA, scaffolding, operational recognition, Safety Inspection/Auditing, First Aid, CPR and AED as well as Procore. In 2019, Wyatt again promoted Josh where he now serves as Project Management. He continues to display superb leadership and professionalism in his new role. Outside of the office, Josh is lead pastor in Columbiana, AL supported by his wife Lora, and their two sons, Nathan and Joel. He also is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys playing golf.
Ginger Thompson
Ginger Thompson has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. She earned a Construction Management Technology certificate from Jefferson State Community College while working onsite for Wyatt. Ginger began her career working in the field as a job clerk for Wyatt then moved into the corporate office full-time as an Administrative Assistant before becoming an Assistant Project Manager. Ginger is an active member of the Greater Birmingham Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction and was recently honored with the NAWIC Legacy Leader Award.
Amanda Kennedy
Amanda brings over 20yrs experience to our team. She worked full time in estimating after graduating from Auburn University with a BS in Building Science before taking a few years off to focus on raising her children. Amanda remained active in the construction field by budgeting and managing various medical, ecclesiastical, institutional, and commercial projects around the Birmingham area before returning to a career focus on pre construction services. She won SubAla Estimator of the year in 2016.
Jeff Grisham, CPA
Jeff brings to Wyatt Builds an extensive accounting background in national manufacturing and construction corporations and public accounting that spans 25 years. His experience included federal and state taxation, accounting services to real estate, construction, manufacturing companies, and retail industries. He holds degrees in finance and accounting from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, and University of Alabama at Birmingham, respectively. Jeff lives in Mountain Brook with his wife, Dee. They have two beautiful children, Ellie and David. Jeff and his family are members at Saint Stephen’s Episcopal Church.
Justin Kirchler
Justin Kirchler returned to the construction industry in 2009 after four years of active-duty service in the United States Marine Corps. Justin gained diverse knowledge of various aspects of construction through his work as a heavy equipment technician, service manager at an equipment remanufacturing facility and as a mechanical contractor. Additionally, Justin has extensively studied heavy lift technology, mechanical engineering, and construction management, rounding out his comprehensive understanding of construction. Justin began his career at Wyatt Builds in 2019 as a Superintendent, moving into Project Management in 2024.
Justin lives in Helena with his four children. He enjoys coaching youth sports teams and participating in community outreach and service projects in Helena and surrounding areas.
